Doug Brown

Staff Appraiser/ Partner

A seasoned appraisal veteran, Doug has trained over 20 licensed appraisers over his 30+ years of appraisal experience. Formerly the District Director of a large bank, Doug has a wide range of appraisal knowledge to draw from. Doug is an award-winning theater set builder and licensed minister. Doug lives with his wife in Walnut Creek.

Kyle Paquin, MNAA

Staff Appraiser/ Partner

Kyle has been a Certified Residential Appraiser since 2015 and currently serves as the Education Committee Leader for the REAA East Bay (Real Estate Appraiser Association).  In that role, Kyle has taught and developed continuing education courses on ADUs, appraiser training, and market analysis.  Kyle became an Accredited Green Appraiser in 2023. Kyle is a proud member of the National Association of Appraisers (NAA) and the Community of Asset Analysts(CAA). He lives with his wife and two daughters in Benicia where he operates a mid-term rental ADU.
